What is your missionWe are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to promote the business, which sells fantastic gift experiences and delicious cakes. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and increase customer satisfactiona person with a mindset to leave the world a little sweeter than we found it.
Since the position is seasonal, the employees can stay up to five months till February. Retention or promotion to regular employment will be available at the company's decision, pending a performance review.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Handles phone and email inquiries regarding the order process and shipping
Ensures that we deliver amicable resolutions to issues- Reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor, completing a daily end-of-shift report.
- Must have customer service experience
Good English communication skills- Basic email knowledge with at least 40 wpm
Willing to work on weekends and holidays and shifting schedules.
- Willing to work for five months sans HMO (HMO will not be available for seasonal employees due to its year-long contract with the service provider.)
