Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service over the phone , via email, and/or online chat.
- Resolves client inquiries expertly and promptly at the first point of contact or call out to appropriate level for resolution.
- Builds sustainable relationships and engages customers by taking an extra mile in providing them help.
- Ensures the accuracy of services provided to each customer through back-office support functions.
- Provides quality solutions to customers while being decisive, firm and empathetic.
- Ensures that tools and resources are utilized appropriately to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
- Helps in training employees and informs them about the company's customer management policies.
Qualifications
- With at least 6 months experience on a voice account in a BPO setting
- Sales and/or Retail experience is a PLUS!
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- With good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able and willing to work onsite on the graveyard shift in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
