Job description:
Respond to customers requests and provide the best customer service via phone and email
Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate and valid information
Keep records of customer complaints and follow up to ensure complete resolution
Take the extra mile to engage with clients
Qualifications:
Has excellent English communication skills
Has a good track record of achieving quotas
Has strong knowledge of Customer Service and active listening skills
Can adapt and respond to different types of customers
Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Has at least one year of experience in the BPO industry
Knowledge of different types of insurance is a big plus
