Customer Service Representative - HYBRID SETUP

Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues through phone, email, and chat channels. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues through phone, email, and chat channels
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Identify and escalate issues that require further attention
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
• Meet or exceed customer service expectations and goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be COLLEGE GRADUATE
• At least 6 months of experience as a customer service representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Fluent in English and at least one local language spoken in SEA
• Experience in a hybrid setup (work from office and work from home)
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
