We are growing and have an open position for a Customer Service Representative.
What will you do
You will work for a US-based consumer goods company by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries related to account-specific products and services through phone, email, and chat
Requirements:
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good written English skills
Experience in working for a CPG or Retail account is a plus
Amenable to work in BGC Taguig
Amenable to work in night shift
