Average to above average communication skills- Familiarity with insurance/claims process an advantage

Provide outstanding customer experience and resolution to patient's billing inquiries and complaints by navigating through multiple screens- Update customer's information such as contact number, address, insurance information, etc.
Assist payment processing
- Coordinate with coding staff to review the appropriateness of charges
Outbound calling to update customers regarding open cases- Document customer calls in the client's system
Prepare standard reports to track workload and response time
- Other related duties may be assigned from time to time
