Completed at least 2 years of college education
  • At least 1-year Customer Service experience in a BPO environment
Average to above average communication skills
  • Familiarity with insurance/claims process an advantage
Willing to work US Business hours and on Philippine Holidays
  • Willing to work at ACCT Cebu City
Can start ASAP
  • JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide outstanding customer experience and resolution to patient's billing inquiries and complaints by navigating through multiple screens
  • Update customer's information such as contact number, address, insurance information, etc.
Assist payment processing
  • Coordinate with coding staff to review the appropriateness of charges
Outbound calling to update customers regarding open cases
  • Document customer calls in the client's system
Prepare standard reports to track workload and response time
  • Other related duties may be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month

* 13th month salary
