Job Description

Our client in the Physical Therapy Healthcare vertical is in search of the following positions;

Intake Coordinator

Schedule Coordinator

Team Coordinator

Requirements:
  • Above average English communication skills
At least 1 year proven experience in handling one, or a combination of voice, chat and email customer interactions, preferably in a Healthcare BPO setting
  • Familiarity with medical and physical therapy jargon
Able to discern and decipher different styles of handwriting
  • Fast learner
Willing to work onsite (Paraaque City) and on the night shift, Pacific Standard Time
