Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage customer inquiries and bookings using our online storage facility software. A background in real estate is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding our storage facility services.
• Use our online storage facility software to manage bookings and reservations.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using online software and computer systems.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
• Background in real estate is a plus.
