ROLE: Customer Service Agent - Auto Insurance

Location: Cebu and Makati, Philippines.

Salary Break down: Php18,500 + Allowance Php2,675 + Php3,000 + 10% ND

Language: English (Filipino)

Account : Auto Insurance

• Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Assisting customers with order processing, account management.

• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.

Adhering to company guidelines and policies to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.

• Qualifications:

Must have finished at least HS/SHS education

• Has at least 1 year of BPO experience (international voice campaign)

Amenable to work in MOA/CEBU

• Has a Driver's License
