Job Description

Join GNM's E-Commerce team as a Customer Service Representative! The perfect candidate puts customers first and ensures top-notch service in every interaction. (This is a fully Remote position)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, live chats, and/or social media comments/DMs to address customer questions, requests, and issues
  • Advise customers on leveraging the product/service based on their unique needs
  • Act as a product expert to ensure the information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic
  • Record customer interactions in an internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (required)
  • E-commerce experience is a plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personally owned laptop/computer with a working camera, minimum 15 Mbps upload/download speed

PC and Internet Requirements:

  • Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or its equivalent)
  • A minimum internet speed of 15mbps for both upload and download
