Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive
Customer Service Representative to join our financial services team on a seasonal basis. In this role, you will reach out to high net-worth clients to confirm important transaction details. You'll be expected to manage all information with confidentiality and professionalism, with a particular focus on fund management processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to high net-worth clients to verify and confirm transaction notifications.
- Handle sensitive client information discreetly and with integrity.
- Communicate effectively to address client queries related to fund management.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- 1 year or less experience in customer service, outbound call experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Available to start immediately.
