  • Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of resolving complex customer issues effectively. As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure that our customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.
  • Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure all customer interactions meet company standards and goals.
Train and mentor junior customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze customer service data to identify trends and develop solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Handle complex and high-value customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Customer Service Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Must be willing for a one year contract
  • This is a shifting schedule: different working days from Monday-Sunday but fixed dayshift
Must be willing to report onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
