Job Title: Customer Service Representative for a Financial AccountCustomer Support:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to financial accounts, including account inquiries, transaction details, and account maintenance.Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Account Management: Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and closures. Provide guidance on account features, services, and products.
- Transaction Processing: Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy regulations and financial compliance standards, to ensure secure and accurate handling of customer information.
Education:
Completed at least 2nd year in collegeExperience:
Preferably with 1 year or more of contact center center experience/financial accountSkills: Excellent communication skills
