Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of our company's products.
Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues in an efficient and effective manner
Assist customers with account set-up, modification and closures. Provide guidance on account services and features.- Providing excellent customer service
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Updating customer information in the system- Assisting with other customer service-related tasks as needed
Has at least 6 months of Financial BPO experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult customer service situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Willing to start As soon as possible
Willing to work in ortigas
