  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email, addressing questions and resolving issues.

  • Using our selected user-friendly software to manage customer interactions, orders, and schedules.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.


At least 1 year of customer experience (client is not really particular with the years of expe but with the skillset, open to hire freshgraduates who are comfortable working on a customer-facing role)


1. Excellent communication skills


2. Tech savvy able to use technology well, computer literate, comfortable with excel and word


3. Work ethic, pay attention to detail, timeliness.


4. Outgoing personality


Qualifications:


  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using phone and computer systems for customer interactions.

  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Previous experience in healthcare and/or startup companies is a plus!

  • Open to working a flexible schedule.
