As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage customer inquiries via email and live chat, with the potential to assist with calls in the future. You'll provide tracking details, troubleshoot product issues, and process returns and replacements for defective items. With daily targets and precise standards to meet, this role suits an organized, customer-oriented individual who can effectively manage time and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work setup: Onsite, Davao

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat (potential to assist with calls in the future).
  • Meet daily targets:
  • No missed live chats.
  • Respond to at least 95+ emails per day.
  • Provide tracking information and shipment details to customers.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and offer practical solutions.
  • Process credits or replacements for defective items.
  • Manage return authorizations efficiently.
  • Respond accurately and promptly to product-related inquiries.
  • Document all customer communications systematically.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by Leadership.

Requirements

The Right Fit for Service Excellence!

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service
  • Background in online retail support, assisting customers with orders, store policies, and product inquiries
  • Familiarity with software tools (training provided) such as:
  • Shopify Backend
  • Live Agent (Email and Chat Platform)
  • Outlook
  • Microsoft SharePoint & Teams
  • Motivated individual, eager to grow, enthusiastic about learning products, and comfortable discussing them with customers
  • Strong team player, always willing to lend support
  • Excellent written communication skills for handling email and chat interactions
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while following standard operating
