Be the Hero of Customer Journeys: Responsibilities That Count
  • Provide impeccable support to customers through live chat, e-mail, text messages, and phone calls.
  • Conduct in-depth research, ensure customer follow-ups, identify customer needs, and assign priorities.
  • Answer questions related to the application process and status.
  • Offer technical assistance and resolve issues for mobile apps and websites.
  • Handle complex problems and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Perform related duties and assignments as required by the supervisor or manager.
  • Adhere to established procedures and standards.
  • Meet performance objectives and expectations for the role.
  • Post payments to customer accounts.
  • Process balance adjustments on customer accounts.

Requirements

The Must-Haves for the Role-Do You Tick All the Boxes

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service with US-based accounts is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
  • Prior work-from-home experience is required with a proven record of excellent attendance.
  • Strong phone and communication skills.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills knowledge of a second language is an asset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and call center systems.
  • Impeccable judgment and acute attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Must have a conducive, secure, and private home office free from background noise.
