RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
REQUIREMENT- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative
at least 1 year call center experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
