Job description- Conduct account visits and/or telemarketing of consumables to existing machine in the field
Monitor consumptions patterns/buying habits of each account and analyse discrepancy from ideal or standard usage- Consistently follow-up existing clients need for consumables and have the items delivered at the soonest time possible
Check machines performance at least once a month visit to client
- Assist clients in their sales service related concerns and coordinate them to concerned department
Updates of database of existing installations- Attend and participate in all sales related meetings
Comply with the company policies on orders, credit terms and deliveries
- Prepare a customized proposal base on the data gathered
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Willing to travel for service Calls/ Field Work
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
