DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answering inquiries thru phone calls, email, lazada, shopee, watch, Facebook page per branch and text messages.
Utilizes guidelines in responding to customer inquiries- Placing of order for delivery
Preparing shipment documents
- Coordinating to the customer regarding their order.
Confirming assurance of customer's order thru phone calls.- Text brigade the customer regarding the transaction number of their order.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Informs customer in services available and assesses customer needs.
Process online orders- Strive to resolve customer issues immediately.
Handling customer complaints
- Act as a store sales assistant in Marikina branch, if there is a customer.
To perform such other tasks that the management may ask from to time.
College level or College graduate- Highly competent and results driven.
Good communication skills.
Computer literate & good customer service. Willing to be assigned in Marikina City.
