What you'll be doing _We'll provide training so you can_
- Manage reasonable amounts of social media queries such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and emails.
Generate sales leads, especially event reservations- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right SOPs.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process reservations, and ensure
- smooth coordination between the other departments.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Invite KOLs and attain conversion quota.
- Send Daily Report to Marketing team about Tally of Daily Inquiries.
College Graduate with at least 1 year CSR experience or Vocational Graduate with at least 3 years customer service role.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative or customer-facing role.
Track record of over-achieving quota- Strong non-voice/email handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
