Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure accurate and timely alterations on a regular basis (info details and stocks,)
Manage the day-to-day activity and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales.
  • Work closely with team to ensure all content, product and sales order are accurately processed on
TIKTOK, Lazada and Shopee platforms Monitors the front-end and back-end of both platforms to ensure all functions are working properly and effectively.
  • Monitoring, managing, and updating store content such as product listing and inventory updates.
Responsible for customer relationship processing or complaints, return and refund process.
  • Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers is essential
Knowledgeable of TIKTOK seller platform

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Meycauayan, Bulacan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Required)

Language:
  • English (Required)
