DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accurate and timely alterations on a regular basis (info details and stocks,)
Manage the day-to-day activity and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales.- Work closely with team to ensure all content, product and sales order are accurately processed on
TIKTOK, Lazada and Shopee platforms
Monitors the front-end and back-end of both platforms to ensure all functions are working properly and effectively.
- Monitoring, managing, and updating store content such as product listing and inventory updates.
Responsible for customer relationship processing or complaints, return and refund process.- Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers is essential
Knowledgeable of TIKTOK seller platform
