About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch assistance to customers in the Philippines. From guiding users through the app to resolving inquiries and issues promptly, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer support through various channels, including Live Chat, Voice, and Digital platforms.
Build and nurture relationships with customers, fostering a sense of community and trust.
  • Assist users with navigating the mobile application, offering guidance on all services.
Manage product inquiries and address any customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Desired Experience/Criteria:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service (preferred).
Vocational Course or College undergraduate qualifications are acceptable.
  • Proficiency in Voice, Email, and Chat support.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
Familiarity with the company's services and operations.

Location & Duration:
  • Based in Metro Manila, preferably near Ortigas, Pasig City.
Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including 24/7 operations.
  • Availability for overtime as needed.
Initial assignment duration of 6 months, subject to renewal.
