A. Customer Service_
- Identify and assess customer's needs in a friendly manner to build sustainable relationships of trust that result to customer retention of active and regular members in a monthly basis.
- Professionally handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure completeness of customer's application form and requirements before submission to Operations team to avoid delay of member's and/or order processing and delivery.
- Provide additional support to any profitable sales activities initiated by the sales team that create a significant increase of revenue sales and recruits.
- Support the Business Coordinator personnel assigned in the training centers in performing their tasks smoothly.
- Consistently adhere to policies, procedures and guidelines in order processing, cashiering, sales reporting and documentation to attain high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- On-time and accurate submission of regular reports and customer's information database as basis of the management for strategic planning and recommendations.
- Processing orders and assisting all the inquiries from Baguio Training Center.
_B. Other Admin Functions_
- Act as a second person in charge to monitor and provide accurate special travel/bonus points computation of members that may qualify to current sales promotions and serves this as a valid reference for current and future sales promotions.
- Act as a second person in-charge in managing daily online customer inquiries through info mail, FB messenger and Viber.
- Check the accuracy of daily sales movement report and sales transaction of my co-employee before submission to our CS Supervisor for approval and submission to the Management.
- Assist client inquiries in cellphone (Globe and Smart) and Telephone line.
