Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Meatplus Trading Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and sales teams receive outstanding support and assistance. You will serve as a bridge between our valued clients and our dedicated sales force, providing solutions to inquiries, resolving concerns, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist clients with order placement, product/service information, and account management. Address and resolve client concerns and issues, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate client records and interactions.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, providing necessary support and information. Assist sales representatives with order processing, pricing inquiries, and sales collateral. Collaborate with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to provide informed assistance. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors offerings to offer insightful recommendations.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on client interactions, sales support activities, and customer feedback. Share feedback and insights with relevant teams for process improvement.Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve complex client issues or complaints, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address underlying problems and implement preventive measures.
  • Qualifications
College level or graduate equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, client support, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and the sales team.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Sales experience or knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
