  • Company Overview: JuanCash, an innovative e-wallet cashless financial app, seeks a proactive Customer Service Manager fluent in Chinese to oversee customer interactions with users and merchants, ensuring exceptional service and collaborating across departments for seamless application developments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and issues for both users and merchants, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational functions
Lead and develop the customer service team, ensuring alignment with application updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
Build strong relationships with users and merchants, addressing escalated issues collaboratively.
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics to management.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Willing to work at PASAY City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60,
  • 00 - Php95,000.00 per month
