Job description- Company Overview: JuanCash, an innovative e-wallet cashless financial app, seeks a proactive Customer Service Manager fluent in Chinese to oversee customer interactions with users and merchants, ensuring exceptional service and collaborating across departments for seamless application developments.
Manage customer inquiries and issues for both users and merchants, ensuring prompt resolution.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational functions
Lead and develop the customer service team, ensuring alignment with application updates.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
Build strong relationships with users and merchants, addressing escalated issues collaboratively.- Monitor and report on customer service metrics to management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong communication skills.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
