Job Description

For Healthcare, Retail/Online Shopping, Media/Entertainment, Travel, Hospitality and Airline Account!!!

  • Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms


  • Qualifications



  • At least 0 - 1 years of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,
  • 00 - Php30,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary


Education:
  • Senior High School (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
