Job Responsibilities
Responsible for answering pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales inquiries on the customer service hotline
Provide timely and effective solutions to requests received during phone conversations;
Ensure timely answering of calls, efficient communication, adherence to standard online time, and maintain the smoothness of agent.
Provide customers with good service attitude and professionalism, and resolve order issues;
Optimal suggestions received via phone should be promptly conveyed;
Responsible for completing work tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
0-1 year Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Must be fluent in Japanese and English Language
Possess good professional ethics and stress resistance, work diligently, have a sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and team spirit
Accept shift work and rotating break
Onsite work set up
