Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and service issues.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and available resources.
Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
  • Requirements:
Previously healthcare accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Willing to work onsite at our office in Ortigas, Pasig.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,
  • 00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
