Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and service issues.- Educate customers on products, services, and available resources.
Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
Previously healthcare accounts.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
