Job Description

Preferrably with Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in English and Filipino, able to effectively express written and spoken words; proficient in using computers, able to communicate accurately and efficiently through typing. Social media major preferred.
Have more than half a year of experience in shopeelazadafacebook e-commerce customer service, or manual pre-salesafter-sales customer service in an independent online station, and be able to understand the basic working logic of e-commerce customer service. Priority will be given to those who have experience in customer service reception on overseas platforms such as Alibabaamazon.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility for work, be flexible, good at communication, proactive in solving problems, and be able to work in strict accordance with the company's management system and job training content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
