We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our Voice Account team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic attitude, and the ability to manage high-volume calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls:
Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or concerns.
- Resolve Customer Inquiries:
Address customer questions regarding products, services, billing, and policies.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Listen to customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the customer service database.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
- Communicate changes and updates to customers effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a voice account.
- Experience in a call center environment is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
