Job Summary:A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a customer care professional who is engaged in the day to day monitoring and interaction with both internal and external customers.
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Corresponds with the customer through e-mail, letter, or telephone calls.
Processes orders and execute documentation
- CSR answer questions about the status of orders or any other services
Access the variety of database to pullout, and change or correct the customer's personal of order information.- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Perform other related activities required by the management in the conduct of its business.
College graduate preferably BSBA Marketing or any related field with experience in Customer Care, Telemarketing & Sales preferred. Know how to maintain Good Customers QS/FSMS Awareness Training.
