Job Description

Job Summary:

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a customer care professional who is engaged in the day to day monitoring and interaction with both internal and external customers.
  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Corresponds with the customer through e-mail, letter, or telephone calls.
Processes orders and execute documentation
  • CSR answer questions about the status of orders or any other services
Access the variety of database to pullout, and change or correct the customer's personal of order information.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Perform other related activities required by the management in the conduct of its business.
  • Job Specifications

College graduate preferably BSBA Marketing or any related field with experience in Customer Care, Telemarketing & Sales preferred. Know how to maintain Good Customers QS/FSMS Awareness Training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php18,000.00 per month

  • 13th month salary
