Position Overview:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will work closely with other team members to maintain our standards of excellence and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via walk-in customers, phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
Assist customers with product or service-related questions, including troubleshooting and technical support.- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
