Duties and Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Address and resolve consumer complaints and concerns, notifying management as required
Respond to consumer concerns and offering suitable remedies and substitutes in a timely manner
- Establish enduring connections and confidence with client accounts by means of transparent and dynamic dialogue
Use appropriate techniques or resources to provide accurate, legitimate, and comprehensive account, product, and service information
At least 18 months of experience in Customer Service role- Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
- Willing to start immediately and work onsite.
