Qualifications:- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 year course
With excellent communication skills.- Experience in Automotive Industry is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned in Imus, Cavite.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and offer feedback to relevant teams and departments.- Analyze customer data to identify patterns and insights, using this information to enhance customer relationship management strategies.
Manage customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Support successful customer retention initiatives, such as customized marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
Regularly monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our processes and procedures are optimized.
