Manage customer inquiries and issues for both users and merchants, ensuring prompt resolution.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of customer service experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong communication skills.- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
