Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a high-traffic call center setting.
  • Effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Communicate clearly and patiently with clients over the phone, addressing their concerns accurately.
  • Provide informed responses to customer questions regarding billing, explain charges, and process payments as necessary.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills and communicate efficiently with a diverse range of clients.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a call center setting is necessary
  • At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred
  • 1 year of experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology is essential
  • Ability to clearly articulate and interpret information both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in using computers, phone systems, and relevant software applications
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM is required
