Responsibilities- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.- Assisting customers with order processing, account management.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.- Adhering to company guidelines and policies to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.
Must have finished at least HS/SHS education.- Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of BPO experience. (international voice campaign)
Amenable to work in Makati/CEBU.
