Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assisting customers with order processing, account management.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
  • Adhering to company guidelines and policies to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.
  • Qualifications
Must have finished at least HS/SHS education.
  • Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of BPO experience. (international voice campaign)
Amenable to work in Makati/CEBU.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,
  • 00 - Php29,000.00 per month

    Expected Start Date: 08/25/2024
