Customer Service Representative is responsible in dealing with customers (internal and external) inquiries, provide cargo status information and act as a liaison between clients and operations to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.
- Handle customer (internal and external) inquiries, complaints, claims, and credit status/standing on a professional and pro-active manner.
Coordinate with overseas offices/agents for import freight routing and cargo movement.- Track all inbound shipments, notify concerned parties (i.e. Consignee, broker, etc.) and provision of all import related documents necessary for customs clearance under consumption entry.
Communicate effectively with concerned parties the shipment status information, document amendments, and compliance to operating procedures and other related matters.
- Comply with customers standards and monitor KPI as required and maintain excellent customer service.
Classify shipments based on service (ie. Door to door, airport to airport) and documents and forward to concerned parties accordingly.- Ensure timely update of mandatory events and submission of data quality report required by concerned departments.
Properly file, update and safe keep all pertinent documents/records of the company.
- Validate the timeliness and accuracy of request for billings and request for payments.
Perform other task/s as required.
