Position: Customer Service Representative
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm CST
Salary Range: $900 - 1000 (depending on the clients final offer)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through the Shopify platform.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer problems using provided templates and resources.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints effectively.
Requirements
- Experience with Shopify is essential.
- Familiarity with Gorgias is a plus.
- Google Suite and Slack experience is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (entry-level candidates are

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
