This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at STACKph in Quezon City. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, issues, and providing excellent customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
At least have 6 months Call center experience
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and problem solve efficiently
Experience in using CRM systems and tools
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus
High school diploma or equivalent is required
