Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization to meet the mission and vision of the company. He/She will be responsible for Order Management per Business Unit. Receive purchase orders from Field Professionals and communicate with Supply and Logistics Department.

  • Job Responsibilities:

Manage, and be active in the day-to-day operational aspects of the business.

Building and nurturing relationships with key client staff and customers.

Provides product information and delivers product samples.

Implement selected marketing activities for demand generation.

Conduct market research for insight-gathering on products.

Prepare and submit documentation on sales and call performance, inventory, and recommended action plans.

Implementation of sales initiatives through suggestive selling and sharing of product knowledge.

Receive and acknowledge purchase orders from Customers and the Sales Support team.

Follow-up and monitor on Order Shipment Confirmation from the Supply Department and inform Sales and Customers promptly by sending Order Confirmation

Check for product availability and packaging requirements by customers.

Communicate any discrepancies, issues, potential delays to Sales Team and/or customers.

Follow-up and monitor on shipment departure time with the supply and Logistics Department.

Review and ensure the accuracy of shipping documents and send to customer on time, or before cargo arrival at destination ports.

Other tasks from time to time as issued by Management from time to time.

  • Job Requirements:
College Graduate, preferably with a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training, or equivalent.
  • Other professional certifications are a plus.
  • Work Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in the related field, with a preference for experience in the field of Lubricant.

_Note: Other tasks may be assigned by management from time to time._

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 10 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
