Job Description

Job Summary:
The key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service via all communication channels via Zendesk, Email, Phone and Socials/Chat in a timely manner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and processing of orders and/or order book adjustments
  • Orderbook management (PO submissions, reflowing, orderbook reporting, etc)
  • Processing order cancellations
  • Complete shipment variance adjustments and communicate to Key Account Sales
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to dispatch customer orders
  • Proactively resolve any fulfillment and order issues for webstores, including processing returns, refunds and exchanges
  • Maintain relationship with majors & wholesale accounts
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and flag these with Customer Experience Manager
  • Provide accurate and timely information for weekly and monthly reporting
  • Maintain the process & procedures guide & provide regular team training
  • Continuously suggest and implement improvements on all customer service aspects
  • Communicate customer feedback with relevant teams to improve the customer experience
  • Identify and communicate potential issues to relevant departments as required
  • Manage and deliver assigned projects
  • Assist wider CX team with overflow where possible
  • Actively contribute to NAR's and the CX team's success in hitting KPIs
  • Other ad hoc work as required from time to time.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar customer experience wholesale role
  • Experience with Apparel 21 (desired)
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar software (desired)
  • Experience with Shopify or similar CMS (required)
  • Experience working with offshore CX support (desirable)
  • Intermediate IT literacy and computer skills (required)
  • Intermediate Excel skills (required) (i.e. understanding of and experience performing key excel functions and formulas, xlookups & reviewing data)
  • American and Domestic Sport knowledge (desired)
  • Experience within retail/fashion (desired)
