  As a _Customer Service Officer_, your responsibilities include responding to customer service inquiries, finding appropriate solutions, and updating customer accounts or services. Customer Service Officers resolve complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  
• Job Responsibilities:

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions

• Process orders and prepare correspondences

Fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction

• Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English, Filipino

Graduate of any four year course

• Preferably a year of experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php9,000.00 - Php10,000.00 per month
