Requirements:- A bachelor's degree or equivalent education is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office, customer service software, and databases.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Answer incoming customer messages in e-commerce platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in a customer service database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the appropriate departments to improve products and services.
- Continuously learn about products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Meet or exceed customer service performance goals and targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, e-commerce warehouse, and operations, to provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
