GENERAL JOB DEFINITIONThe showroom customer service attends customer inquiries and resolves customer complaints via phone, email and in-person.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Checks juice and water dispensers have been refilled and are turned on, TVs are turned on and the right videos and music are playing, and checks if the audio and paging system is functioning
- Updates customer regarding the delivery and assembly schedule of their orders through text message
- Greets customer warmly and with confidence
- Forwards replacement or return documents to delivery coordinator
- Checks email on a daily basis for any customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensures there are no pending orders online
- Processes Home Card application such as printing and giving of the Home Card ID to customers
- Ensures all returned items are still in good condition before accepting customer returns
- Communicates with customer regarding their returns and replacement request and ensures all
returned items are still in good condition before accepting them
- Prioritizes the picking up and answering of mobile phone and landlines
- Follows approved script provided by the Store Operations when answering calls
- Maintains 5S system in their respective working area
