Job Description

Job Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible on Customer Service side; Agent and Franchise.
Line Responsible on Q&A and solving customer's problems via phone and LINE application.
  • Suggest system usage, regulation to franchise. Solving franchise's problem, collect opinion and solution.
Keep relation with franchise and create effective communication way.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Experience in relevant field; relevant experience in Customer service, Tele Sale is an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
Service-mind and patient.
  • Have background knowledge on Transport business and Logistics.
Good command of computer skills; Typing, Microsoft Office, social media.
  • Able to learn new things.
Good command in English Communication Level
  • Willing to work on-site at Robinsons Cyber Sigma, Lawton Ave., Mckinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City for 6 days per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary


Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Customer Service Representative: 2 years (Preferred)

* English (Preferred)
