Salary: PHP 24,000

Driving Success: Your Parking Lot Prowess
  • Account Management: Process and activate new accounts, additions to existing accounts, and issue passes.
  • Account Adjustments: Process cancellations, suspensions, credit notes, and reissue lost passes.
  • Database Updates: Update the database with approved rate increases and process necessary credit notes.
  • Billing Details: Maintain customer billing details and implement requested variations.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Foster productive relationships with Car Park Area Managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with State CRM to maintain shared template files and assist with car park audits.
  • Communication Handling: Handle incoming calls, faxes, and emails in accordance with Process Statements.
  • Policy Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date customer service policies and procedures.
  • Project Support: Support special projects as directed by the supervisor.

  • Customer Service Competence: Proven ability to perform customer service consultant duties.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrated track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Professional Attitude: Organized and professional demeanor.
  • Instruction Following: Ability to follow instructions and fulfill responsibilities under supervision.
  • Integrity: Display integrity and maintain trust and confidence in all professional interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of BPO customer service experience.
  • Willingness to handle calls, faxes, and emails from customers as needed.
  • Availability to work full-time onsite.
  • Comfort with shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
