About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a
Customer Service & Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp, as well as assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer service issues and provide effective solutions
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and filing
- Manage and maintain communications using QB (QuickBooks), Constant Contact, and basic Google and Microsoft programs
- Ensure all customer information is updated and accurate in our systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency with QB (QuickBooks), Constant Contact, and basic Google and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
