Job Description

Main Function:
  • The Customer Service Manager is a leader who is responsible for ensuring the customers of the company are satisfied. This key position requires the ability to lead and manage the national customer service team while developing key customer centric programs. The role encompasses the responsibility of ensuring the CS team complies with protocols, templates, and references in aid to being efficient and effective on everything related to managing customers particularly in inquiries, follow-thru and closing of customer concerns.

The said position is for Direct Hiring and the Employment Status is Probationary.
  • Qualifications:
Preferably with proven experience in leading teams related to (one or combination of) customer service support, tele-sales, and sales management.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Excellent client-facing communication skills. Proficiency in English. Preferably with 5 years of working experience.
  • Customer-focused with dedication to resolve customer concerns / inquiries and fostering collaboration.
Ability to develop and manage relationships both with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Understanding of the logistics market and logistics services preferred but not required
